How the List Was Determined
The list was judged based solely on revenue. Individuals with the most votes have bragging rights on being the “Most Popular” young entrepreneurs.
Any individual or organization was able to nominate companies for the list or apply themselves if they fit the criteria.

Criteria
• 100% of the founders must be 30 years or younger as of December 30, 2011.
• Business must have over $100,000 in revenue in 2010 overall or in 2011 Year-to-Date (January 1 through November 1).
• Located in the United States.
• Public companies are not eligible.
Timeline
• Nominations and Applications Due: October 31
• Recognition Event: November 17-19
