The Irvine Unified School District (IUSD) is nationally ranked as one of the best school districts in the U.S. IUSD focuses on innovation educational programs with open-style classrooms, team teaching and community involvement.

IUSD has a diverse student population of over 24,000 that is served by 22 elementary schools, 5 middle schools, 4 comprehensive high schools and 1 continuation high school.

Of the 30+ cities in Orange County, Irvine high school students have consistently lead in SAT scores. More than 90% of the high school graduates go on to college.

Irvine is known for having high-quality teachers, an involved parent community and strong support from the community at large.

Additionally, IUSD has a nonprofit partner, the Irvine Public Schools Foundation, that offers support through enrichment programs and financial contributions.
